Turkey Palooza will pretty much be in it's final big day Monday. We'll get dinner Mon and sandwiches for lunch for 2 more days.
Thursday~turkey with all the trimmings
Friday turkey day of rest & had Spaghetti
Sat~Turkey soup
Sun~ turkey fried rice
Mon~ We'll be having Turkey tacos! How's that for variety?
All this from a 15lb turkey and having turkey sandwiches everyday for lunch. Woot!

Blah, I'm sick of poultry :weeping:.....not sure what we're having, but it 'aint gonna be foul....HA, ha heh...yeah, not funny :D

And....after looking over my menu-plan, it would appear that I don't have one ingredient for a vegetarian recipe I would have made, and I don't have sour cream for the mustard sauce that goes with salmon patties. Potato soup is out of the question since it's 80 degrees out. Every other recipe is for either chicken or leftover turkey....SO, I guess we're having ham & cheese "McMuffins" with homemade hashbrowns. I am NOT eating poultry again tonight darnit!

Though I am making a turkey pot pie tomorrow....*sigh* :bolt:

After too much indulgence this weekend we're having chicken veggie noodle soup with fresh fruit for dessert
