Oh yum! How long and what temp? I think I'd like to try this. Any brand of beer?

Libby: I used coors light. Whatever beer is in the house works. I soakedthe meat overnight. Baked the whole thing covered for an hour, but it was too long, the veggies were good but the meat was dry. Also, I sometimes assemble the meat, beer and seasoning in a freezer bag and freeze it. You can also cook this in the cp.

Forgot: baked at 350°. In the crockpot, I cook on low all day.

don't know about the chicken tacos yet, still waiting on dh to come home. Tried the mexican rice, TOO salty. Called for a tea. garlic salt, next time I'll use powder and low sodium chicken broth. I'm about ready to toss it and make another batch but hate to be wasteful.
