I haven't tried turkey tetrazzini but chicken tetrazzini is one my favorites. Here's the recipe I follow:
Ingredients

package (7 oz) spaghetti, broken into thirds

cups Green Giant® frozen sweet peas (from 1-lb bag)

cup butter or margarine
1/4
cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour

teaspoon salt
1/4
teaspoon pepper

cup Progresso® chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)

cup whipping cream

tablespoons dry sherry or water
2
cups cubed deli rotisserie chicken (from 2- to 2 1/2-lb chicken)

jar (4.5 oz) Green Giant® sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2
cup grated Parmesan cheese
I never miss to have garlic bread on the side. I just simply combine finely chopped garlic and parsely and mix them with soft salted butter then toast them.
But for tonight, my dinner is pork barbecue with steamed rice only.
