We had BLT Sandwiches...I needed to use a 3lb pack of bacon I got on sale for $1.99 at Kroger.
Also, made some black beans for future meals and some Navy Bean soup using beans that I already had and ham leftover from Turkey Day. Homemade veggie broth in the crock pot as well.

I haven't tried turkey tetrazzini but chicken tetrazzini is one my favorites. Here's the recipe I follow:

Ingredients

1
package (7 oz) spaghetti, broken into thirds
2
cups Green Giant® frozen sweet peas (from 1-lb bag)
1/4
cup butter or margarine
1/4
cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
1/2
teaspoon salt
1/4
teaspoon pepper
1
cup Progresso® chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
1
cup whipping cream
2
tablespoons dry sherry or water
2
cups cubed deli rotisserie chicken (from 2- to 2 1/2-lb chicken)
1
jar (4.5 oz) Green Giant® sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2
cup grated Parmesan cheese

I never miss to have garlic bread on the side. I just simply combine finely chopped garlic and parsely and mix them with soft salted butter then toast them.

But for tonight, my dinner is pork barbecue with steamed rice only.
