How y'all doing on your day off? Are you out spending time with family or is it a quiet day in at home prepping kids for back to school tomorrow? We're doing the quiet day in here

For dinner, we're having ground pork/fish filled bittermelon cups (there's veggies in there too), Chinese long squash from the garden served with steamed rice.

Tonight is chicken and swiss over rice with broccoli.

I worked today but spent the morning shopping with hubby was nice. I beef & cheese pizza pocket

we had steaks, baked potatoes, corn, sliced tomatoes and we will soon have watermelon. Spent a very quiet day, just the 2 of us and dh worked in the yard and on his car for most of it. I piddled
