I guys! I've had very low internet until it refreshed today, so only did my basic emails etc for the last week and a bit.

Tonight is rissoles and vegies for dinner.

I think we will be having Leftovers in the Fridge. I have a pork roast and some spanish rice in there that has to be eaten up!

We're having a full roast chicken dinner, with crispy roast potatoes, carrots & broccoli, plus home made stuffing. Yum!

Chicken Pot Pie..hubby has been gone for the past 3 days in training and comes home today. Pot pie is one of his favorites. It's also snowing outside again and it seemed like a good comfort food.
