Took me a while to figure it out but we're having another new recipe Philly Cheese Meatball Sandwiches that I'll serve with a salad or cut up carrots & celery sticks. I probably won't be using 2 kinds of cheese though, ones enough. Can't believe I said that.:thud:

Ithinkican: what is morrocan chicken rafezza? I usually like morrocan cuisine but don't know this dish.

We're having veggied-up chop suey.
Clementines, pears and grapes for dessert.

It is a whole chicken cut up lightly browned wih olive oil (2 min each side)
1 whole union chopped
3/4 cup lentals
1 tomatoe/ or 1/2 can tomatoe paste
2 big class fulls of hot water
1 cube bullion
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
Pepper
Saffron pinch (optional)
Then a pinch of spice he brought over from Morocco called HAILBA ( NOT SURE WHAT IT IS IN ENGLISH)

Cook in a pot - Bring to a boil, reduce to
Simmer/ Low till chicken is done 45-60 min or so

Serve with a pancake like bread.. (Kinds like a pita, but not)
