Didn't see any meat bargins at the store when i was grocery shopping this morning so we decided to go with stuff we have at home. Homemade Macaroni & Cheese. I love Martha Stewarts' recipe, it's so good & the crunchy top makes it extra special. I halve the recipe (bake in a 9x9 square baking dish), don't use the greyere & cut back on the butter & brown the top a bit under the broiler before serving. Perfect Macaroni and Cheese - Martha Stewart Recipes

Italian Stew- Beef cubes simmered in a large jar of ragu pasta sauce till tender. (It gets soupy) Then spinach & cheese ravioli added just before serving. Topped with grated cheese and served with garlic bread.
