Hi, everybody. You can probably tell that I like to talk about food.
So, what's for dinner? I have some shredded pork in the crockpot, will add some BBQ sauce. Baked beans and chips on the side. Have a good evening!
Hi Pip, I like talking about what's for dinner too.
Beef roast cooked on the rotisserie in the grill. Spiced it up with garlic, salt and Italian seasoning.
Mashed sweet potatoes
Zucchini parm casserole.
Well, I've really gotten into cooking lately. I've been getting recipes from Gourmet and Bon Apetit. Tonight we had Beet Risotto with Swiss Chard, Goat Cheese and Toasted Walnuts. It was every bit as awful as it sounds!! I'm hoping that the Citrus Baked Salmon and Garlic Bread Pudding for tomorrow will be better, otherwise this gourmet stuff is a flop!
Turkey Italian Hot sausage cooked in the George Foreman Grill
Baked Sweet Potatoes
Steamed shredded cabbage with French's cheddar onions as a topper and
water...I made that cabbage really hot and spicy
