I made the meat eaters happy. I cooked hamburgers (out of real beef - even though it grosses me out) on the Foreman Grill, with crinkle cut and potato wedge fries. Grilled some mushrooms for toppings. I made myself a soyburger. Needless to say, their dinner was not the most nutritious.
I started some navy beans in the crockpot this morning and remembered there was a little split pea soup in the freezer...so I threw them all together with some onions and a little leftover rice..made a yummy soup. We had some Italian bread to go with.
