Heck if I know. I've been too busy this week running to interviews and now to the bank to get a (VERY SMALL, but I know...I know) car loan, car dealerships....etc. So....probably leftover mei fun and the pork eggrolls in the freezer....I cooked some chicken breast in the micro last night...so maybe I'll coat it in some flour and make it a little crunchy. Who knows...lol.
My first attempt at cp pork tenderloin. Turned out great! I just put the meat in and drowned it in italian dressing. Turned it on before leaving for work. I came home to a wonderful aroma and it tasted just great. Had it with lo mashed potatoes and brocoli for me.
So cold today so hot chocolate for dessert.
