Dinner tonight is a Spinach Quiche and a salad.:chomp: Nope, changed to spinach, mushroom, cheese omelet with toasted english muffins. So there are 2 dinner ideas for the price of one, lol.

Oven roasted veggies (brussels sprouts, carrots, peppers & onions), oven wedge fries and fillet of sole thats already herbed.

Easy prep and totally shove it all in the oven for 45 mins - voila! (minus the fish, that goes in for the last 10 mins :lol

Libby, it's just hot dogs cooked in baked beans. The hot dogs are then put in buns and the beans spooned over top. Can garnish with onions & relish.
