Besides doing the regular math/language arts, whats on your homeschooling agenda this week.

Were still studying the rain forests and this week were studying the Amazon. Wow, lots of interesting stuff to learn. The kids are so enjoying this study.

They are also watching the sap drip and although we won't have enough to make maple syrup, we have been listening to the radio station during lunch hour, and hearing how others are making maple syrup from Manitoba maples and how many trees they are tapping. Actually quiet interesting.

Library day will be Sat. at a new library. I've gotten some great books there, so will see what we can find for them.

How is your week on the homeschooling front?

This week we are progressing in our Spanish. Today we're workingon counting in Spanish, so the boys are going to have to keep score during their basketball game in Spanish. LOL! We're also working on a paper for our writing class, starting the research for Science Fair projects, have band practice, piano lessons, and sarting to get the garden ready for planting. I need to send in my forms to get certified by BJU for doing the standardized testing for my kids.

Dylan is going to his Grandma and Grandpas tomorrow and staying for the rest of the week so we are having a bit of a break. Yesterday and today was spent reviewing math and language arts and finishing up a project. We can start fresh next week!!
