I wonder if we could have a challenge?

I made 3 pans of lasagna yesterday. I calculated that each pan cost $3.72. For a family of 5, and I will get 1 1/2 meals out of that. I know I could do better, but I was proud of that.

I also fried up 1 lb of ground beef for future use. I have chicken now I have to prepare for something.

I also have a sweet potato casserole in the freezer.

Last week I roasted four whole chickens and froze them. They were on sale for less than $2.00 a piece, so I felt pretty good about it! I also made up a few ice cream buckets of lasagna to freeze. I have been doing OAMC with five other friends once a month the past school year, but I think we'll be taking a break for the summer. It's nice to have a few meals in the freezer, ready to go.:)
