Ok I'm REALLY trying to respect my 2011 January Challenges (sticking within my allotted weekly grocery budget, no spend days...) LOL but I've run into a few supply issues!

I would like to make a dessert but it calls for whipping cream and all I have in the house is 10% cream...(4) 1 litre cartons of the stuff so buying more cream breaks too many of my challenges!!!

Anyhoo, is there anything that I can sub for the whipping or do to my 10% cream to make it into whipping cream.

I was hoping to make the super easy and super cheap sugar pie recipe listed her on FV! :tay:
