Does anyone know if you can use candy molds for candles (melted wax kind)? Will the wax be too hot for the molds?

not really on my opinion.the wax may be too hot and melt them and you'll have a big mess. i use my candy molds for saop and vice versa.have you tries mulk cartons? they come out cool.i like to put ice in them and then pour the wax. looks like swiss cheese!
if you feel adventurous one day try ithe a mold you dont care for and give it a go with proper precautions.
good luck with that .dont forget to look around the house for sturdy ideas on what else to use also.

I was thinking the same thing about the wax melting the plastic but maybe someone else might know for sure if they have tried it. :)

Never tried it. I used candy molds for soap but that's it.
