lol the marrowfat canned peas are tinted green so gave the soup an extra bright tint lol blended and then put in as per recipe.
Cleaned out stuff..moldy cheese.. found the rib bones from the other day in the oven lol had saved for crows so you can tell I forgot them
used the old lemon and the 4 wrinkly apples for the regency apple tart plus couple sm containers of motts applesauce. basically it is apples cooked down to sauce, mix w white/brown sugar, zest and juice of lemon plus 2 egg yolks. peelings etc out for birds or compost if not eaten.

so used the extra puff pastry and egg whites for a quiche to bake at same time. ends of 2 bags of shredded cheese. rest of a pack of microwave bacon (didn't realize there was the whole other pack w it too so blts tomorrow for me) and couple green onions. baked the chicken from other day.

did grocery shop yesterday for all the basics single yogurts, subs (walmart 6 pack dh likes them), dh kcups, milk creamo etc. plus some fresh tortenilli. dry cat food and treats. yikes $105 granted dh kcups were $38

Used a roll of pie crust, and a container of peaches to make mini peach pies for Pi Day. Finished the last 2 tonight. DH liked them so there's probably another batch coming soon. Still have one pie crust and a container of peaches.

DH finished a bag of chips, I finished off a bag of chocolate peppermint popcorn from christmas, and we had a frozen pot pie for lunch. Not the healthiest food, but now it's gone.
