Well I am really trying to get into this program Live for Life, drop some pounds and feel better about myself, It hasn't been too easy with all that is going on in my life....but I did do some exercising last night at home

Today I have eaten:

Breakfast: peaches and 7 (low fat) animal crackers
Snack: glass of grapefruit juice
Lunch: green apple
and for
Supper: SUBWAY --I have free filled cards so I will be having a roasted chicken subway sandwich tonight.. can't wait :lol:
Then I will do some more exercising..... does make me feel better

Vickie,
Just be careful to get enough protein in your daily intake. It will sustain you longer than just the fruit alone. I think its great that you are planning your meals and doing this for yourself. Good luck

well my menu today has consisted of:

Breakfast: peaches/6 animal crackers
Lunch: 1/2 peanut butter sandwich (for protein :lol:)
1 Apple
Snack: bottle of grapefruit juice

Haven't decided on supper yet.. Will do more yard work this evening for great exercise....
