houston beechnut at hwy 6

there were:
2 new with tags italian leather sectional sofas
maple 4 poster bed with matching maple bureau and chest of drawers
a kneehole desk that looked expensive
a upholstered louis chair (with the round back) very comfy and clean
several amazing armoires
victorian mahogany bed
new with tags painted black bureau with tags still on it, matching bench

go get 'em people!

Wow! Very nice. Those will be great finds for someone.

I think my best thrift store furniture finds were a pair of chair-and-a-halves, very good quality furniture, very clean, for less than $20.00 each. I recently found a desk/sewing table out of walnut veneer, I believe, for $9.99.

Wow...I wish I could find furniture like that in my salvation army!

in houston, they rehabiliate, disinfect, and then send all the furniture to one particular store. that's maybe why you don't see it at the one you go too.

perhaps they send it all to one store where you live?
