This was passed down to me in 1983 by a close friend from Sask.
We use to drink this almost everyday during the summer.

PUNCH

Bring to boil until sugar melts:
3 c. sugar
3 c. water

Put in:
1 can frozen lemonade
2 cans frozen orange juice
1-48 can pineapple juice
3-5 mashed bananas (4)

Mix sugar water into juices and freeze in ice cream pail. When needed, scoop into glass. Mix with 7-up, or ginger-ale.

That sounds good!

Here is a recipe for an ice-cream punch I always make for parties--it is a BIG hit!

1 can frozen fruit punch concentrate (thawed)
1/2 can frozen grape juice concentrate (thawed)

pour over ice cubes (in punch bowl)

Pour in 1 2-L bottle of Lemon-Lime Soda

Drop scoops of your favorite sherbert into punch

Cover to top of ice cream with more Lemon-Lime soda and serve!
