Hi Ladies!
One of the things that I like to get as a treat every once in awhile is the crab salad from the deli. It's pretty expensive, so I thought I'd try making it. We all thought this beat the deli salad that we have been buying for years now! Here is the recipe I came up with:

Yummy Deli Style Crab Salad
1 16oz package imitation crab
3-4 stocks of celery, chopped
1 carrot, shredded
2 cups of mayonaise (less if you like it drier)

Shred the imitation crab meat and mix in the other ingredients. Chill or eat right away!!! Yummy!
:D

Thanks Debbie & your right it is expensive in the store.
When I make this I add peas & pasta and a little old bay seasoning. Wonder what others are going to add to this?:)
PS.Truth be told I have a hard time not snitching pieces of the "crab" meat.
