Cheesy Crab Rolls

Recipe Description
Cheesy Crab Rolls never last long, look fancy, are easy to make and taste great. I always have to make these for get togethers. What's nice is that you can make them ahead of time and just take out how many you want to serve.
Preparation Steps:
Remove crusts from bread & flatten with rolling pin, stack off to the side.
Level of Difficulty:
Time Needed:
Ingredients:
20 slices of bread
4T margarine
6 oz. american cheese
2T milk or white wine
2 cans (6oz. each) crabmeat, drained.
~
1/3 c. margarine
1/2 tsp paprika
Serves:
Makes 80
Directions:
In saucepan melt margarine & american cheese
add milk or white wine & crabmeat. May need to add a bit more liquid to make it spreadable.

Spread crab mix onto bread slices and roll up jelly roll style and place on parchment(or waxed paper) lined pan that you can put in freezer.

Melt margarine add tsp paprika and brush on rolls. Place seam side down. Freeze 1 hour then transfer to freezer bags & freeze.

To serve, let stand at room temp 10 min. Slice each roll into 4 slices. Arrange (bread seam side down) on greased baking sheet. Bake 375Âş for 12 min or until a toasty gold.
