Ok I have a Presto 17 qt cooker/canner. it came with a 15 LB weight. I have seen recipes calling for 5 or 10 pounds of pressure. I did a quick search trying to find weights in 5 or 10 lbs to buy but have come up empty. Question #1, are there weights in 5 and 10 for my cooker, if so where?
Question #2 if not how do I adjust cooking time for a 15 lb regulator when the recipe calls for so many minutes at 10 pounds?
