Think I will go to the thrift store after my walk. Last time I was there I almost purchased a down coat with hood for $12.00. Unfortunately I needed a size larger. Hope I can find another deal like that today in my size.

 

Good morning!!!

I do so enjoy sleeping in! Well, I was technically awake at 7, but lounged in bed for another 45 minutes! Love it!

So I have started the wood stove, emptied the ashes out of the stove onto my iced over driveway, and brought in more firewood.

Then I came back to the warmth of my bedroom with my 2nd cup of coffee and filed my bi-weekly claim for unemployment benefits. Woo-hoo!

Today is filled with plenty to do. I need to straighten up the house as I have a contractor coming to look at the basement sometime today. I'm so excited to start finishing that area, you have NO idea!

Then I need to finish up laundry, total up the girl scout cookie sales that are due tomorrow for dd#2, do math homework with ds, and help dd#1 finish her science fair project. Ugh. Best get after it!
